We begin making the Shanghai Style Chap Nian Gao Recipes (Stir Fried Rice Cakes Recipes) by preparing the rice cakes, so mix all the ingredients in a microwave bowl and add 1/2 cup water

Mix thoroughly and make it into a sticky paste

Heat a wok with oil, add ginger and garlic, saute for few seconds

Add all the vegetables and saute them till it is cooked, you can add some water and cover it and let it cook
