Combine peppers and divide into 2 parts.
ground sweet red green peppers(2 c)ground seeded jalapeno peppers(1/2 c) - 2
In 1/2 of the peppers stir in 1 c. of sugar.

In a saucepan, combine the peppers and sugar mixture with vinegar and the remaining sugar; boil this for 10 minutes.

Add the other 1/2 of the peppers and pectin; boil for an additional 10 minutes.

Pour into jars and seal.
