Now in a mixer grinder, add kabuli chana, sesame seeds or 1 tbsp of tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin powder and grind them

Add some water and grind again to make a paste

Pour into a bowl, garnish with parcel air coriander and serve

Serve with pita bread and grilled chicken with the classic hummus recipe
