Coriander Potato Recipe - Dhania Wale Aloo

To make coriander potatoes, first wash and boil the potatoes
gm small potatoes(500)green coriander - chopped(1 cup) - 2
Now put the potatoes in the cooker and cook till 2 cities come

Now pour sesame seeds in a kadhi and roast it

Grind the ingredients given for coriander chutney by adding some water in a blender

Now heat ghee in a pan

Add cumin powder, garam masala and salt / rock salt to it
cumin powder(1/2 teaspoon)black pepper powder(1/2 teaspoon)garam masala powder(1/2 teaspoon)salt - or rock salt - 10
Add potatoes to it and let it cook for 10 minutes
gm small potatoes(500) - 11
After 10 minutes add coriander chutney and mix
green coriander - chopped(1 cup) - 12
Cover the pan and let it cook for 5 to 8 minutes

Turn off the gas and garnish with sesame seeds

Serve coriander potatoes with boondi raita and phulka for dinner
