cucumber - chopped(1)tomato - chopped(1)sweet corn - boiled(1/2 cup)lemon juice(1) - 2
Heat a sauce pan on medium heat, add th corn kernels along with 1/2 a cup of water boil for 6-8 minutes
sweet corn - boiled(1/2 cup) - 3
Turn off the flame, drain the water and set the corn aside

In a mixing bowl combine, cucumber, tomato, onion, corn, green chili, peanuts
cucumber - chopped(1)tomato - chopped(1)onion - chopped(1)sweet corn - boiled(1/2 cup)green chilli - chopped(1)tablespoons roasted peanuts (moongphali)(2) - 5
Squeeze in the lemon juice, sprinkle salt and add coriander leaves and give it a mix
lemon juice(1)salt - to tastesprig coriander (dhania) leaves - chopped(2) - 6
Toss it nicely and check for salt and adjust accordingly
salt - to taste - 7
Sprinkle with toasted and crushed peanuts and serve
tablespoons roasted peanuts (moongphali)(2) - 8
