ssp asafoetida (hing)(1/4 teaspoon)coriander powder (dhania)(1 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)turmeric powder (haldi)(1/2 teaspoon)salt - to tastegram flour (besan)(1/2 cup)tablespoons kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)(2)turmeric powder (haldi)(1/2 teaspoon)sugar(1 teaspoon)ssp asafoetida (hing)(1/4 teaspoon)enos fruit salt(1/2 teaspoon)lemon juice(1 tablespoon)salt - to taste - 5
Combine to make a firm dough by adding little water

Divide the dough into equal small portions
