To begin making the Sweet Potato & Fenugreek Leaves Sabzi Recipe, we will heat a kadai with oil, add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter for few seconds
sweet potato - skin peeled(2)methi leaves (fenugreek leaves) - chopped(1 cup)cumin seeds (jeera)(1 teaspoon) - 2
Add sweet potato, green chilli and sprinkle with salt and allow it to cook covered till it is done
sweet potato - skin peeled(2)green chilli - slit(1)salt - to taste - 3
Keep tossing it at regular intervals

Add fenugreek leaves, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt to taste
methi leaves (fenugreek leaves) - chopped(1 cup)coriander powder (dhania)(1 teaspoon)black pepper powder(1 teaspoon)turmeric powder (haldi)(1/4 teaspoon)salt - to taste - 5
Combine well

Sprinkle little water to the Sweet Potato & Fenugreek Leaves Sabzi and cook covered for 10 more minutes and serve hot
