Bhindi and Capsicum Sabzi Recipe

To begin making the Bhindi & Capsicum Subzi Recipe, heat a kadai with oil, add chopped bhindi, sprinkle with salt and stir fry until they are done
bhindi (lady finger/okra) - cut into stripes(200 grams)inch ginger - chopped(1)salt - to taste - 2
The ladies finger will slightly crisp up and become soft

Once the ladies finger is crisp and cooked through remove the ladies finger into a bowl and keep aside
bhindi (lady finger/okra) - cut into stripes(200 grams) - 4
Add some more oil to the same pan and add sprinkle cumin seeds and allow it to crackle
cumin seeds (jeera)(1 teaspoon) - 5
Once the cumin seeds have crackled add the ginger and saute until it softensOnce done add capsicum and stir fry till they become soft
cumin seeds (jeera)(1 teaspoon)inch ginger - chopped(1) - 6
Add bhindi along with all the spice powders and stir fry for few seconds
bhindi (lady finger/okra) - cut into stripes(200 grams)turmeric powder (haldi)(1 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)coriander powder (dhania)(2 teaspoon) - 7
Finally add grated coconut and toss well until it combines and turn off the heat
fresh coconut - grated(3 tablespoon) - 8
Transfer Bhindi & Capsicum Sabzi into a serving bowl and serve hot
bhindi (lady finger/okra) - cut into stripes(200 grams) - 9
Serve the Bhindi & Capsicum Sabzi Recipe along with tawa paratha, Dal Palak Recipe (Spinach And Lentil Curry) and Raita of your choice to make it a complete meal
