Cut fish into 4 to 6 portions, and put into shallow buttered casserole dish.
butter(3 tbsp) - 2
Mix the next 6 ingredients and pour over fish.

Let stand until fish is thawed.

When ready to bake, top each piece of fish with 1 onion slice and 1 tomato slice.

Sprinkle over top, a mixture of corn flake crumbs and parmesan cheese.

Dot with butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until top is a golden brown.
