We begin making the Fujian Style Green Vegetables Stir Fry Recipe by heating the flat bottomed skillet with oil, add sliced garlic and saute for few seconds
bok choy - sliced big(1)cabbage (patta gobi/ muttaikose) - thinly sliced(1 cup)lotus stem - thinly sliced(1)cloves garlic - sliced thinly(5) - 2
Then add all the vegetables and saute till it is cooked, you can add some salt and water and cover it so that cooking takes place much faster
salt - to tastesunflower oil - for cooking - 3
Once the vegetables are cooked add the remaining ingredients to make the sauce
dark soy sauce(1 tablespoon)red chilli sauce(1 teaspoon) - 4
Give it one last stir-fry and sprinkle some chopped spring onions
sprig spring onion (bulb & greens) - chopped(2) - 5
