    To begin making the Hare Chane Ka Pulav, firstly heat ghee in a wok

    ghee(1 tablespoon)

    Add cumin seeds, cloves, red dry chillies and let it cook for about 15-20 seconds

    cumin seeds (jeera)(1 teaspoon)cloves (laung)(2)dry red chilli(2)green chilli - finely chopped(1)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)

    After 15-20 seconds, add onions and green chillies and let it cook till the onions become soft and translucent

    dry red chilli(2)onion - thinly sliced(2)green chilli - finely chopped(1)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)

    Once it is done, add in the potatoes for about 2 minutes on medium heat

    potato (aloo) - peeled and cut into small cubes(1)

    After 2 minutes add in the hare chane

    Cover the lid and cook it till the potatoes are half cooked

    Next, add the rice, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice and salt

    dry red chilli(2)green chilli - finely chopped(1)rice(1 cup)turmeric powder (haldi)(1 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)salt - as requiredlemon juice - juice from half lemon(1 teaspoon)

    Mix everything properly and cook it for abut 2-3 minutes

    Add the required water, cover the lid and let it cook on medium flame till the water is absorbed

    If the rice is still not cooked, add more water and cook it for few more minutes

    rice(1 cup)

    Once done, switch off the heat and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves

    green chilli - finely chopped(1)coriander (dhania) leaves - few sprigs finely chopped

    Serve Hare Chane Ka Pulav with Burani Raita for a healthy and light meal
