Healthier Baked Stuffed Shells

Mix together turkey, fentil or sage, and garlic powder.
ground turkey(1 1/2 lb)fentil or sage(1/2 tsp)garlic powder(1/2 tsp)garlic minced(3 cloves) - 2
Mix well to get the taste of Italian sausage.
fentil or sage(1/2 tsp)salt and pepper to taste - 3
Drain and squeeze spinach.
small bag frozen spinach(1) - 4
Mix with cottage cheese.
small carton small curd cottage cheese(1)grated swiss or parmesan cheese - 5
Then mix with turkey mixture.

Next, add egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
