Healthier Baked Stuffed Shells

Mix together turkey, fentil or sage, and garlic powder.
ground turkey(1 1/2 lb)fentil or sage(1/2 tsp)garlic powder(1/2 tsp)garlic minced(3 cloves) - 2
Mix well to get the taste of Italian sausage.
fentil or sage(1/2 tsp)salt and pepper to taste - 3
Drain and squeeze spinach.

Mix with cottage cheese.

Then mix with turkey mixture.

Next, add egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.

Mix well.

Meanwhile, cook pasta just enough to soften and handle easily (5 minutes).

Serve with tossed salad with dressing made with 1/2 cup bacon drippings, 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar, chopped parsley, 1/2 tsp. basil, celery seed, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup water, slightly heated to melt oil.
