In a large mixing bowl, add flour, yeast, 1 tablespoon of herbs and salt and mix well
all purpose flour (maida)(1 cup)whole wheat flour(1 cup)active dry yeast(1 tablespoon)salt - to tastetablespoons mixed herbs (dried) - (oregano(2) - 3
I use the Urban Platter Instant Dry Yeast and it does not need proofing
active dry yeast(1 tablespoon) - 4
Make a hole in the center, add the warm milk, honey and olive oil and mix well into the dough
extra virgin olive oil(1/4 cup)tablespoons honey(2)milk - warm(1 cup) - 5
Add water if required and knead to make a firm and smooth dough

Cover the dough and allow it to rest for about an to rise

After an hour you will notice the focaccia bread has risen

At this stage, preheat the oven to 200 C

Take a flat baking tray and grease it with olive oil
extra virgin olive oil(1/4 cup) - 10
Sprinkle some rice flour on the tray
all purpose flour (maida)(1 cup)whole wheat flour(1 cup) - 11
Punch dough down on a dusted surface and flatten it with your fingers

Pinch it to make a few depressions, brush it with a little olive oil on the top and sprinkle the remaining herbs and press it down
