    Knead the pav bun dough until all the ingredients come together

    Once it comes together, knead well for another 10 minutes and place the ladi pav dough in a grease bowl

    Cover the bowl and allow the ladi pav dough to rise (about 2 hours)After the first rise, make 6 round smooth balls and place it in a baking pan with side rims

    Cover with a lid or a cloth and allow the ladi pav dough to rise for the second time for another 1 hour

    In a small mixing now, combine honey and milk and whisk it well

    Preheat the oven to 180 and place the ladi pav in the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until it forms a nice brown crust on the top
