    To make instant chilli pickle, wash and chop the green chillies

    green chilli(250 grams)pickle masala(1 tablespoon)

    Heat oil in a thick bottomed Pan

    Now add chillies, turmeric powder, and salt

    Mix well

    Cover and cook for approximate 2 to 3 minutes on low heat or till tender

    Now open the lid and add pickle masala

    pickle masala(1 tablespoon)

    Stir fry for a minute on low heat

    Switch off
