Wash the bananas and loosen them
raw banana(1) - 2
Cut the round pieces and boil them in water for a while
water(1/2 cup) - 3
Now prepare the gram flour solution
spoon gram flour(1 cup) - 4
For gram flour solution, make a batter by mixing a little salt, a pinch of turmeric and water in the gram flour
spoon gram flour(1 cup)asafetida - a pinchturmeric powder(1/2 teaspoon)water(1/2 cup)salt - as per taste - 5
Now stir the boiled bananas out of the water and roast them in gram flour solution and fry them in hot oil
raw banana(1)spoon gram flour(1 cup)water(1/2 cup) - 6
Now heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan
spoon gram flour(1 cup) - 7
Add asafetida and cumin seeds to it
asafetida - a pinchcumin seeds(1 tablespoon) - 8
Roast the whole spices, ie turmeric, red chilli, and coriander
turmeric powder(1/2 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1/2 teaspoon)coriander powder(1 teaspoon)oil - coriander - chopped(1 tablespoon) - 9
Now add yogurt and water and mix well
yogurt(1 cup)water(1/2 cup) - 10
Stir the fried bananas and salt in the oil and cover and cook on low flame
raw banana(1)salt - as per taste - 11
After 15-20 minutes when the curd, spices and bananas are mixed well, turn off the gas
raw banana(1) - 12
Garnish with chopped green coriander and green chillies and hot spices, hot with hot paranthas or flowers
red chilli powder(1/2 teaspoon)coriander powder(1 teaspoon)oil - coriander - chopped(1 tablespoon)green chili - chopped
