To begin making the Kerala Style Pazham Pori Recipe (Banana Fry), slice each banana into lengthwise pieces of about 1 to 1-1/2 inches

In a bowl, combine the flour, milk, coconut and salt to make a smooth thick batter
rice flour(1/4 cup)all purpose flour (maida)(1/2 cup)milk(1 cup)fresh coconut(1/4 cup)salt(1/4 teaspoon) - 3
Add additional flour if you feel the batter is thin
rice flour(1/4 cup)all purpose flour (maida)(1/2 cup) - 4
Preheat oil for deep frying; once the oil is heated, dip the sliced banana pieces in the flour batter until it coats well
raw banana(4)rice flour(1/4 cup)all purpose flour (maida)(1/2 cup) - 5
Dip the batter coated banana into the oil and fry until golden brown
raw banana(4) - 6
Proceed the same way with the remaining banana pieces and serve
