Now add green chillies, curry leaves and cook for 10 seconds
green chili - finely chopped(1)sprig curry leaves - chop(1) - 8
Now add this tempering to the Khamang Cucumber and mix

Finally add peanuts and mix well
tablespoons peanuts - roast and peel(3) - 10
Serve Serve Khamang Cucumber with Khandeshi Dal, Bharali Bhendi and Phulka for the day's dinner
