    To make Kuruku Kalan, first put raw banana, turmeric powder, curry leaves, salt, 1/4 cup of water in a pressure cooker and cook it till 2 city comes

    Let the pressure drain automatically

    Open the cooker, add curd and red chili powder to it and mix it well

    Keep it aside

    Now in a mixer grinder, add green chillies, cumin seeds along with coconut and make a paste

    Pour this ground spice into the cooker, turn on the gas and allow it to boil

    While the colon is boiling, we will make the tempering

    Heat coconut oil in a tempering pan

    Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and dry red chillies

    After 15 to 20 seconds, turn off the gas

    After the colons boil, add this tempering to the gravy and mix it

    Turn off the gas and serve hot

    Serve Kuruku Kalan with rice, beetroot thoran, pachdi and papad for the day's dinner
