To begin making the Light and Healthy Spinach Soup Recipe, we will first get all the ingredients ready
spinach leaves (palak) - washed and chopped(500 grams) - 2
Heat oil in large saucepan;add in the garlic and celery and saute for a few seconds
clove garlic(1) - 3
Add in the chopped spinach, sprinkle some salt and saute on medium heat until the spinach is wilted and cooked
spinach leaves (palak) - washed and chopped(500 grams)stalk coriander (dhania) leaves - chopped(1)salt - to taste - 4
Add all the ingredients into a blender, and blend to make a smooth puree

Note: If your blender does not take in hot ingredients, then allow the blender to cool completely and then add the ingredients to the blender

Once blender, pour the Spinach Soup into as sauce pan

Adjust the consistency of the soup by adding more or less milk or water/stock
milk(1 cup)vegetable stock - or water(1 cup) - 8
Check the salt and pepper levels and adjust to suit your taste
black pepper powder - freshly ground to tastesalt - to taste - 9
Bring the soup to a boil only when you are ready to serve to retain the maximum nutrition
