    To make Lobia Masala recipe, soak the Lobia in water for 2 hours

    garam masala powder(1 teaspoon)

    Now pour them in a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water and cook till 5 to 6 cities come

    After the cumin seeds crackle, add ginger, garlic, onion, green chilies and cook for 15 to 20 seconds

    Now add tomato puree and cook for 4 to 5 minutes

    Reduce the flame to low and let the cowpea cook for 15 minutes

    If you need more water then add it and let it cook

    Cook for 15 minutes and add lemon juice to it

    Mix and garnish with green coriander
