    To prepare the Moong Dal With Radish Greens recipe, begin by cleaning and washing the moong dal

    yellow moong dal (split)(1 cup)

    Soak it in water for 10-15 minutes

    Meanwhile wash the radish greens well and chop them finely

    cloves garlic - finely chopped(3)

    Next, in a pressure cooker heat a teaspoon of cooking oil over medium heat

    Once oil is hot enough add the chopped garlic and grated ginger

    Close the lid of the pressure cooker and let the moong dal cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 whistles

    Allow the pressure to release naturally

    While the dal is cooking in the pressure cooker, in a pan heat a teaspoon of oil over medium heat

    Add the chopped radish greens and cook until the greens are wilted and cooked through
