Palak Gobi Sabzi (Recipe In Hindi)

To make spinach cabbage vegetable, firstly cut the pakal and cabbage
spinach - finely chop(2 cups)cabbage - cut into small(1 pieces) - 2
Keep it aside

Now heat oil in a pan
oil(1 tablespoon) - 4
Add spinach and some salt
spinach - finely chop(2 cups)salt - as per taste - 5
Cook until the spinach becomes soft
spinach - finely chop(2 cups) - 6
Turn off the gas and keep the spinach in a separate bowl
spinach - finely chop(2 cups) - 7
Add some more oil to the same pan
oil(1 tablespoon) - 8
Add ginger and cumin seeds to it
inch ginger - peel and tighten(1)cumin seeds(1/2 teaspoon) - 9
After 10 seconds, add tomato puree, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes
tomatoes - puree(2)turmeric powder(1 teaspoon)- / 2 small spoon garam masala powder(1)salt - as per taste - 10
Now add cabbage, add some water, cover and cook till the cabbage is cooked
cabbage - cut into small(1 pieces) - 11
After the cabbage is cooked, add cooked spinach and mix it
spinach - finely chop(2 cups)cabbage - cut into small(1 pieces) - 12
Let it cook for 1 minute and garnish with green coriander
sprig coriander - chopped (for garnish)(4) - 13
Serve Palak Cauliflower Sabzi with Garlic Dal and Phulka for dinner
