To prepare Parsi Style Chaas Payelo Sakarkand Recipe, wash sweet potatoes well
sweet potatoes(2) - 2
Scrub off any dirt on it’s skin

Chop them into small cubes

Keep the cut pieces submerged in water until use

Heat oil in a pan

Add the sweet potato cubes and sauté for a minute

Add red chili powder, salt and roasted cumin seeds and sauté again

Cook on low flame until the potatoes are cooked and starts to caramelize

Once caramelized, switch off heat
