To make Aloo Bonda Recipe, first put the potatoes in the cooker with water as per the usage and cook it till you come to 2 cities
potatoes - boil(3) - 2
Now reduce the heat and cook for another 5 minutes

Now add gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, baking soda, salt and mix well
gram flour(1 cup)rice flour(1/4 cup)turmeric powder(1/4 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1/4 teaspoon)baking soda(0.1 teaspoon)salt - as per tasteturmeric powder(1/4 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1/4 teaspoon) - 4
Add some water to it and make a batter

To make Allu Bonda Masala, first heat oil in a pan
oil(1 teaspoon) - 7
Add mustard seeds and let it splutter

Now add curry leaves, green chillies, ginger, potatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, asafoetida, salt and mix
turmeric powder(1/4 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1/4 teaspoon)salt - as per tastepotatoes - boil(3)green chillies - finely chopped(2)sprig curry leaves - finely chopped(1)inch ginger - tightly(1)turmeric powder(1/4 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1/4 teaspoon)asafoetida(1/4 teaspoon) - 9
Make small balls of potato masala

Now add these balls to the gram flour mixture and mix
gram flour(1 cup)rice flour(1/4 cup) - 11
Heat a paniyaram pan and add little oil to each cavity
oil(1 teaspoon) - 12
Pour the aloo bonda in this cavity and cook till it becomes brown and crisp
