    To begin making the Saffron Milk Masala recipe, grind the pistachio, chironji & almonds separately into coarsely ground powder

    chironji(2 teaspoon)sugar - to grind the cardamom(2 teaspoon)nutmeg powder - a pinchsaffron strands - few strands

    Grind the cardamom along with the sugar separately

    cardamom (elaichi) pods/seeds(4)sugar - to grind the cardamom(2 teaspoon)

    Now mix all the ingredients (dry fruit powders) & add saffron strands

    nutmeg powder - a pinchsaffron strands - few strands

    Your masala is ready

    Mix it with milk and enjoy it with or without sugar
