    To make green onion and potato vegetable recipe, first peel and chop the potato

    Heat some oil in a pan and add potatoes and salt

    Cook the potatoes till they become soft

    Now add garlic and cook for 1 minute

    Now add green onions and dry red chilies

    After the onion becomes soft, add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix

    Now add green onion leaves, mix and cook for 4 to 5 minutes

    Add potatoes to it after 5 minutes, mix, reduce the heat and cook for 6 to 8 minutes

    Turn off the gas and serve
