    To make Tawa Paneer Masala, first prepare sari ingredients

    paneer - cut into pieces(3 cups)teaspoons garlic - make a paste(2)garam masala powder(1/2 teaspoon)

    Put the paneer in a bowl

    Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, kasoori methi and salt

    Mix and keep aside for 20 minutes

    Now heat oil in a pan

    Fry the paneer on both sides

    Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and keep it aside

    Pour the remaining oil in a pan

    Add cumin and royal cumin to it

    Add onion after 15 seconds and cook till it becomes soft

    Add tomato puree, celery and let it cook for 3 minutes
