To begin making Tofu Peanut Stir Fry Recipe, prep all the ingredients and keep aside
tofu - cut into dices(250 grams)peanut butter(1 tablespoon) - 2
Prepare the sauce so that the flavors have time to blend
soy sauce(1 tablespoon) - 3
In a small bowl combine the soy sauce,sesame oil, brown sugar,peanut butter, rice vinegar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and salt
salt(1 teaspoon)peanut butter(1 tablespoon)rice wine vinegar(1 tablespoon)soy sauce(1 tablespoon)brown sugar (demerara sugar)(1 teaspoon)ginger - finely chopped(1 teaspoon)garlic - minced(1 teaspoon)salt(1/2 teaspoon)sesame (gingelly) oil(1/2 teaspoon) - 4
Stir until brown sugar is dissolved, then set the sauce aside
soy sauce(1 tablespoon)brown sugar (demerara sugar)(1 teaspoon) - 5
Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes, then season with a pinch of salt

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cornstarch over the cubes, then toss to coat

Repeat with the second tablespoon of cornstarch, or until the tofu cubes have a nice even coating of cornstarch
