To begin with Welsh Apple Cinnamon Scones, firstly sift the flours, cinnamon powder, salt, baking powder and sugar powder
-/4 whole wheat flour(1 cups)all purpose flour (maida)(1/2 cup)sugar(4 tablespoon)salt(0.1 teaspoon)-/2 cinnamon powder (dalchini)(1 teaspoon)-/2 baking powder(1 teaspoon)apple - peeled and diced(1/2)cinnamon powder (dalchini) - 2
Add the cold butter and rub the butter in till it resembles bread crumbs
chilled butter - grated(3 tablespoon) - 3
Mix in the chopped apple and chopped pecans
apple - peeled and diced(1/2)pecans - chopped(8) - 4
Whisk milk and yoghurt and leave it for about 2-3 mins
milk(4 tablespoon) - 5
When the apples start leaving a little water, add the milk and yoghurt mixture into it to make a firm dough
apple - peeled and diced(1/2)milk(4 tablespoon) - 6
Oil your fingers a bit and pat this dough directly onto a baking sheet

Cut into wedges (adjust size according to your preferences)

Brush a little milk and some cinnamon powder on it and bake them in a pre-heat oven for 18-20 minutes at 180 Deg C
