Scald milk in saucepan.
milk(1 1/2 c) - 2
Add and stir in the sugar, butter and salt.

Cool milk mixture to lukewarm.

While mixture cools, put 1/2 cup warm water in large mixing bowl.

Stir to dissolve.

Stir in egg, then cheese.
