To make guava chutney, first peel and chop the guava
guava(2) - 2
In a microwave pan, add 1/3 cup of water and salt
salt - as per taste - 3
Let it cook for 10 minutes and then cool

Remove the seeds from the guava and mash it

Now add guava, green chillies, peanuts, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, good, salt and paste into a mixer grinder
guava(2)green chilli(2)peanuts - roast(1/3 cup)parsley - finely chopped(1 tablespoon)cloves garlic(2)lemon juice(1 tablespoon)good(1 teaspoon)salt - as per taste - 6
Now heat oil in a small pan for tempering
oil(1 tablespoon) - 7
Add black urad dal, curry leaves and let it cook for 10 seconds
black urad dal (split)(1 tablespoon)curry leaves(4) - 8
Add this tempering to the chutney and serve

Serve guava chutney with kirai sambar, beetroot thoran and rice
