To make Carrot Coriander Pakora Recipe, first tighten the carrots and keep them separately in a bowl
carrots - tightly(4)green coriander - finely chopped(1/2 cup) - 2
In this bowl add coriander, green chillies, gram flour, salt and mix well
green coriander - finely chopped(1/2 cup)tablespoons flour(3 gram)green chili - finely chopped(1)salt - as per taste - 3
Carrots will release water and this will make it easier for everyone to mix

Now heat a skillet on medium heat and brush it
oil - to brush - 5
Now add a tablespoon of mixture and fill it well in small discs

Now add some oil on top and cook for 2 minutes

Cook the bottom portion and flip it over

Take it out in the plate and make all the other pakoras in this way

Serve carrot coriander pakoda with spice tea and green chutney for evening snacks
