To begin making the Chicken and Noodle Soup Recipe heat oil in a saucepan add chicken cut into juliennes, leek, mushrooms, carrot, and broccoli

Cook for 3 minutes in low heat

Cook over low heat for 10 minutes

Then add white vinegar and allow to cook for some more time
