To make Chow Chow Thoran recipe, first take out the skin of Chow Chow and cut it

Pour it in a pressure cooker with 2 tablespoons of water and cook it until 2 cities come

Let the pressure drain automatically

Now add coconut, curry leaves, green chillies, cumin seeds and grind them in a blender

Add this mixture and salt to the chow chow and mix

Keep it aside

Now heat the oil in a tempering pan for tempering

Add mustard seeds and let it splutter

Now add curry leaves and turmeric powder

Mix for 15 seconds and add it to the thoran and mix it

Serve the Chow Chow Thoran recipe with mixed vegetable sambar, rice and papad for dinner
