all purpose flour (maida)(1 cup)rice flour(1/4 cup)baking soda(0.1 teaspoon)salt(0.1 teaspoon)turmeric powder (haldi)(0.1 teaspoon)cardamom powder (elaichi) - powdered(2)tablespoons sugar(3) - 4
Stir well to combine

Add little water at a time and make a thick batter such that it smoothly coats the back of the spoon

Next, cut the banana into thin long stripes and keep aside
