To prepare Coconut & Ricotta Dip with Banana Chips recipe, preheat oven to 250 degree Fahrenheit
ricotta cheese(1/2 cup)fresh coconut(1/2 cup) - 2
Slice bananas thinly and arrange the slices in the baking pan lined with parchment paper
ripe bananas - sliced(3) - 3
Combine juice of one lemon with little amount of water
lemon juice(1)lemon juice(1 teaspoon)lemon zest(1/4 teaspoon) - 4
Coat each slice with lemon water
lemon juice(1)lemon juice(1 teaspoon)lemon zest(1/4 teaspoon) - 5
Bake bananas until the moisture is absorbed completely for about 1 hour
ripe bananas - sliced(3) - 6
Check and continue baking for about 10 minutes if not done

Check the bananas during half way and turn them for even baking

The chips are done once they are crisp and moisture is absorbed
