    In a wide bowl add all the spice powder, salt, olive oil and chickpeas

    cumin powder (jeera)(1 teaspoon)kashmiri red chilli powder(1 tablespoon)turmeric powder (haldi)(1/4 teaspoon)garam masala powder(1/4 teaspoon)coriander powder (dhania)(1/2 teaspoon)garlic powder(1/4 teaspoon)dry ginger powder(1/4 teaspoon)salt - to tasteextra virgin olive oil(1 tablespoon)

    Toss them well to ensure all the spices are coated well on the chickpeas

    Preheat the oven to 200 degree centigrade

    Line a baking tray with good quality parchment paper

    Transfer the masala coated chickpeas to the baking tray

    Line them up in single layer spreading it evenly all over the tray

    Roast them in an oven for about 45-55 minutes or until it turns crunchy

    After 30 minutes check the chickpeas, if they are still undone keep it for another 10-15 minutes
