To make Dal Dal Tadka Recipe, first cook the lentils with 2-1 / 2 cups water, turmeric powder, salt until they become soft
turmeric powder(1/2 teaspoon)salt - as per taste - 2
Cook till 3 cities come and turn off the gas

Heat ghee in a pan
ghee(1 teaspoon) - 5
Add cumin seeds and let it splutter
cumin seeds(1/4 teaspoon) - 6
After the cumin seeds crackle, add ginger, green chillies, bay leaves and cook for 30 seconds
inch ginger - tighten it(1)cumin seeds(1/4 teaspoon)green chillies - thin and cut it straight(2) - 7
Add this tempering to the dal and mix it

Let the boil come and add butter to it
butter(1 tablespoon) - 9
Turn off the gas after 3 to 4 minutes and add lemon juice and green coriander to it
green chillies - thin and cut it straight(2)sprigs of coriander - finely chopped(4)lemon juice - as per use - 10
Serve Dal Tadka with Paneer Butter Masala, Gourd Raita, Cumin Rice and Phulka for dinner
