Farfalle In Creamy Mushroom Sauce Recipe

To begin making the Farfalle with creamy Mushroom sauce first cook pasta as per the package instructions
pasta - farfalle(2 cups)tablespoons fresh cream(4) - 2
Drain the pasta and keep it aside
pasta - farfalle(2 cups) - 3
Soak dried mushrooms in hot water and keep aside for 15 minutes
dried mushrooms - (porcini(10) - 4
Drain the water (do not discard) and roughly chop the mushrooms
dried mushrooms - (porcini(10) - 5
Heat oil in a wok or a heavy bottomed pan

Add the chopped garlic and saute for a few seconds
cloves garlic - chopped(4)onion - finely chopped(1) - 7
Add the onion, mushrooms and saute for a minute
onion - finely chopped(1)dried mushrooms - (porcini(10) - 8
Add the boiled pasta and stir
pasta - farfalle(2 cups) - 9
Season with salt and pepper and adjust according to your taste
salt - to tasteblack pepper powder - (or to taste)(1 teaspoon) - 10
Add the reserved water from soaking the mushrooms and mix
dried mushrooms - (porcini(10) - 11
Add cream, stir once or twice and take it off the heat
tablespoons fresh cream(4) - 12
Garnish with herbs and cheese
teaspoons mixed herbs (dried) - dry or fresh(2)parmesan cheese - grated as required for garnish - 13
Serve Farfalle In Creamy Mushroom Sauce along with Garlic Bread and Avocado Mint Soup for a weekend night dinner
