To prepare Gujarati Style Adadiya Pak Recipe, in a mixing bowl combine, urad dal atta, milk, ghee
black urad dal (whole) - ground to make atta(2 cups)milk(1/4 cup)ghee(1/4 cup)ghee(1 cup)gond (natural gum) - fried in ghee till crisp(1 tablespoon) - 2
Mix well

Rub flour with palm for 3-4 minutes

Heat the ghee in kadai or heavy bottom kadai

Add flour mixture

Continuously stir it on medium flame till the mixture is brown in color

Meanwhile, combine sugar and water in a saucepan

Prepare a sugar syrup of 1 string consistency and keep ready
