To make Hunase Gojju recipe, first heat oil in a pan
oil(1 tablespoon) - 2
Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida and chilli
fenugreek seeds(1 teaspoon)curry leaves(10)mustard(1 teaspoon)asafoetida - pinch - 3
After 15 to 20 seconds, add tamarind paste, jaggery, rasam powder, mix it and cook for 2 minutes
tamarind paste(1 cup)jaggery(1/2 cup)rasam powder - or red chili powder(1 teaspoon) - 4
Now add 2 cups of water to it and let it boil for 15 minutes, add salt and turn off the gas after 15 minutes
salt - as per tasteoil(1 tablespoon) - 6
Serve the Hunase Gojju recipe with rice, chow chow thoran and papad for dinner
