    To begin making the Mambazha Pulissery recipe, peel and slice the mango

    mango (ripe) - peel & slice(1)

    In a deep pan, add 2 cups of water, mango slices, slit green chillies and turmeric powder and boil till the mangoes are well cooked and soft

    In the meantime add the grated coconut, jeera and jaggery along with water into a mixer grinder & grind into a very smooth paste

    Once the mangoes are soft, add the ground Pulissery paste to this

    mango (ripe) - peel & slice(1)

    After this keep stirring for a while so that the curry does not curdle

    curd (dahi / yogurt)(1/4 cup)sprig curry leaves(1)

    Once the Mambazha Pulissery is thick, lower the flame

    Beat the yogurt lightly with a fork and add it to the curry

    Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan

    Add mustard seeds and let it crackle
