    To make Khandeshi dal, we will first make spices for the lentils

    Heat oil in a pan

    Add coconut and onion to it

    Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes

    After 3 to 4 minutes, add dry red chilli, coriander cumin powder, long, cardamom, cinnamon, long and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes

    After that add garlic and let it cook for a few seconds

    Turn off the gas and let it cool down

    After cooling, pour it into the mixer grinder and make a paste

    Now we will make lentils

    Wash the saree lentils thoroughly and soak them in water for 30 to 40 minutes

    After 30 to 40 minutes, pour in a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water, salt and turmeric

    Cook until the city comes 2 and then add half of the spice

    Mix and keep aside

    Now heat oil in a tempering pan

    Add mustard seeds, dry red chillies and bay leaves

    After 15 seconds, add the lentils and cook for 3 to 4 minutes

    After 4 minutes, add the remaining pakka masala, lemon, salt and coriander

    Cook 2 more minutes and garnish with coriander leaves

    Serve the Khandeshi dal with gavar pod vegetable, papad raita and phulka for dinner
