To begin making the Lehsuni Methi Paneer recipe, soak the cashews in a bowl with 1/4 cup water for about an hour

After an hour, grind cashew along with ginger, garlic and green chillies and the soaked cashew water make a smooth paste and keep aside

In a big bowl, add cashew ginger garlic and chilli paste, fresh cream, curd, garam masala, cardamom powder salt and whisk well to form a smooth mixture

Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat; Add the cashew cream mixture, the chopped Paneer cubes and simmer for about 5 minutes

Add water to adjust the consistency of the mixture while it's simmering
