    To begin making the Mexican Style Bunuelos Recipe, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and keep it aside

    Add all the wet ingredients into another bowl and whisk it well till it combines

    Slowly add the wet ingredients into the flour mixture and knead it to form a non-sticky and soft dough

    /2 all purpose flour (maida)(1 cup)

    Knead the dough for about 5 minutes and place the kneaded dough in a bowl covered with a cloth

    Meanwhile heat a small kadai with enough oil to fry the balls

    Take out the kneaded dough and pinch out a small amount of the dough and roll it into a small ball

    You can add the shaped dough one by one into the hot oil and start frying them till you get an even light brown color

    Once it cools down add the caster sugar and cinnamon powder and coat them well and serve
