Arrange fish on a microwave-proof platter with the thicker parts to the outside of the dish.
5 to 7 oz fish fillets or steaks(4) - 2
Combine other ingredients and brush mixture over fish.

Cover fish with plastic wrap or wax paper and microwave on the High setting for 5 minutes.
