To make One Pot Pressure Cooker Chicken Curry Recipe, first heat coconut oil in a pressure cooker
coconut oil(1 teaspoon)sprig curry leaves(1)chicken breast - cut(300 grams) - 2
After heating, add curry leaves, ginger, garlic and cook for 1 minute
sprig curry leaves(1)long garlic - finely chopped(4)inch ginger - finely chopped(1) - 3
Now add onion and cook till the onion becomes soft
onion - finely chopped(1) - 4
After the onion becomes soft, add tomatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well
onion - finely chopped(1)tomatoes - finely chopped(2)turmeric powder(1/2 teaspoon)garam masala powder(1 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)coriander powder(1 teaspoon) - 5
Now add chicken, salt, water and close the cooker
chicken breast - cut(300 grams)salt - as per tastewater(2 cups) - 6
Cook till 3 to 4 cities come

Allow the pressure to drain on its own

After the pressure comes out, open the cooker, remove it in a serving bowl and serve
