To make the spinach kadhi recipe, firstly put spinach, green chillies, ginger, cumin, a little water in a pressure cooker and cook till 1 city comes
spinach(1 cup)green chili(1)inch ginger(1)cumin(1 teaspoon)cumin(1 teaspoon)red chillies(2) - 2
Let the pressure drain automatically

Open the cooker, make a paste with the help of a blender

Keep it aside

Now add curd, gram flour, turmeric powder in a saucepan and beat well
curd(1 cup)gram flour(2 teaspoon)turmeric powder(1/2 teaspoon) - 6
Turn on the gas, add 1/2 cup of water and spinach paste
spinach(1 cup) - 7
Mix well

Let it boil
oil - 9
After boiling add salt as per taste and mix
salt - as per tasteoil - 10
Turn off the gas For tempering, heat the oil in a tempering pan

Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and let it splutter
cumin(1 teaspoon)cumin(1 teaspoon) - 12
Now add curry leaves, asafoetida, dry red chillies and cook it for 10 seconds
asafoetida - a pinchsprig curry leaves(1)red chillies(2) - 13
Add the tempering to the kadhi and mix
