To make the spinach paneer recipe, first wash the spinach thoroughly
paneer - chop(250 grams)spinach - wash and chop(500 grams) - 2
Cut it after washing and keep it separately

Heat the water in a saucepan

After boiling add spinach and turn off the gas

Allow the spinach to remain in hot water for 2 to 3 minutes

Remove the spinach and let it cool

Now pour it into a mixer grinder and grind it to a puree
tomato - puree(1) - 8
Now heat the butter in a pan
butter(1 tablespoon) - 9
Add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, green chilies and cook for 1 minute
cloves garlic - tighten(2)inch ginger - tighten(2)green chillies - cut it straight(2)cumin seeds(1/2 teaspoon)cumin powder(1 teaspoon) - 10
Now add tomato puree, turmeric powder and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes
tomato - puree(1)/ 4 cinnamon powder(1 teaspoon)cumin powder(1 teaspoon)turmeric powder(1/4 teaspoon)garam masala powder(1 teaspoon) - 11
After 2 to 3 minutes, add powdered spinach, cumin powder, garam masala powder, cinnamon powder, salt, mix and raise for 5 minutes
spinach - wash and chop(500 grams)cumin seeds(1/2 teaspoon)/ 4 cinnamon powder(1 teaspoon)cumin powder(1 teaspoon)turmeric powder(1/4 teaspoon)garam masala powder(1 teaspoon)salt - as per taste - 12
After 5 minutes, add cream, cottage cheese pieces and let it boil
cream(2 tablespoon) - 13
After boiling, turn off the gas and serve
